Insights® Discovery

I am an accredited Insights® Discover Practitioner. Insights® Discovery is a simple and accessible four-colour model which, accompanied by an Insights® Discovery Personal Profile, helps people to understand more about themselves and others and perform at their highest level.

Delivered as an engaging half day workshop, Insights® Discovery helps create a common language that makes it easier to identify strengths and address weaknesses, so that individuals and teams can work more effectively, collaborate better and be more productive.

Delegates complete an online evaluator and then receive an Insights® Discovery Personal Profile. An extremely powerful tool, it has many potential uses including helping teams to communicate, adapt and connect better and see the value of each other’s contribution at work. The profiles are used during the workshop and can be used afterwards through self-reflection and/or with the support of coaching conversations.

Value to the business

Insights® partnered with Indeed in 2023 to carry out an evaluation of Insights® using ROI Methodology® It measured the perceived value of the intervention, and learning, application and impact results. A full report is available on request but examples of the benefits that participants indicated was that:

• It was an impactful and productive use of their time

• They learned how to communicate with, collaborate with and adapt to working with others

• They have adapted their behaviour to work with others more effectively

The evaluation also demonstrated some positive tangible impacts in areas such as retention, innovation, agility and time savings.

Logistics

Workshops can last 3.5 or 7 hours, are delivered in person and can accommodate up to 20 delegates.

Prior to attending the workshop, each delegate completes an online evaluator which takes c.15 minutes.
