Leadership Development

I am an experienced trainer and facilitator and have created and delivered leadership development programmes for emerging and new leaders. I’ve also designed and delivered individual workshops in a variety of areas including fundamental leadership skills and coaching skills for leaders.

 

The workshops I design are bespoke but focus on areas such as;

• How to lead authentically

• Flexing leadership styles

• Managing energy as a leader to drive high performance

• Giving impactful feedback

• How to have challenging conversations

 

For leadership development programmes, content will often incorporate topics that relate directly to your organisation’s values and strategy.

 

The work that I do within organisations often incorporates some form of psychometric tool or assessment, such as Insights® Discovery or Strengthscope®.
