I support new and emerging leaders, and people transitioning into new roles or industries, to become high-performing, confident, effective leaders who thrive in their roles. Working for 30 years in the Market Research industry, I have experienced role transitions myself and supported many others in theirs.
As Head of L&D, responsible for the design and delivery of the Leadership Development Programme and coaching many new and emerging leaders I gained a huge amount of insight into their challenges and the interventions that can make a positive difference to them.
